Organizational meeting of the Erasmus+ BEAUCOUP project implementers

March 3, 2026. At Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, the second organizational meeting of the team of participants of the international project Erasmus+ BEAUCOUP (Boosting Digital Excellence and Aptitude of Universities in the Countries of East Partnership) took place. The meeting was held following the completion of the study visit to Estonia and became an important stage in the further implementation of the project.        

During the meeting, the participants discussed the results of the international study visit, familiarized themselves with the experience gained, and identified opportunities for its application in further work. Special attention was paid to the introduction of modern approaches to the development of digital competences of lecturers and students, as well as the integration of digital technologies into the educational process.

The team members reviewed the next stages of the project implementation in detail, identified key areas of cooperation between the team members, and agreed upon the subsequent work plan. The execution of tasks stipulated by the project was discussed separately, particularly those relating to the update of training courses, the launch of new educational components, and the development of digital competences within the university's learning environment.       

An important part of the meeting was the coordination of timelines for the planned tasks. The participants set deadlines for the implementation of specific work stages, which will allow for effective coordination of the team's activities and ensure the timely completion of project measures.

Further directions of cooperation between the project participants were also outlined, responsibilities for individual tasks were distributed, and the next steps in the realization of the planned activities were determined.     

Holding this meeting allowed the team to align their collective work, clearly define the subsequent action plan, and ensure the effective implementation of the Erasmus+ BEAUCOUP project, aimed at boosting the digital excellence of universities and modernizing the educational process.
